Nothing annoys me more than ‘The Secret’ type mentality. The whole idea that all you have to do is think it, believe it, and it will manifest. I am not sure if you have noticed, but this is the wrong universe for this kind of belief system.
The truth is, anything you really want and desire is going to take action. You can have positive thoughts about it all day long, but at the end of the day, if the universe grants anything to anyone — it’s to those who are unafraid of the work.
Now, you don’t have to put unrealistic pressure on yourself either to achieve your goals. Simply, define what that goal is, think happy thoughts about it if you must, but get down on the ground and do something about making it happen.
What you do, doesn’t have to be big steps towards your goal either. Start small, do the steps you know you can achieve, build your confidence and before you know it, you have achieved what you have set out to achieve.
