The system is designed to help you cope with peak performance stress by teaching you how to be more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and by helping you to develop proven coping strategies. The system has been used by the military to help soldiers cope with the stress of combat, and by businesses to help employees cope with the stress of a performance-based workplace.

The online course is divided into three phases:

Phase 1: The first phase of the course is designed to help you understand and develop a present based focus, which will not only increase your awareness of your inner state, but guide you to take appropriate action in peak performance stress environments.

Phase 2: The second phase of the course is designed to help you understand how your body responds to stress and how to optimize your nervous system for peak performance.

Phase 3: The third phase of the course is designed to teach you specific techniques that you can use to increase your resilience to stress and improve your performance under pressure.
